Testing Accommodation Support

Testing Accommodation Support Coordination

The TAC now houses a Testing Accommodation Support Coordinators (TASC) team. This TAC initiative was created to support faculty in understanding and implementing testing accommodations for students with disabilities outside the TAC. The primary goal of TASC is not to complete work on behalf of faculty and course support staff, but to support them in identifying practical solutions to testing accommodation concerns.

What are the main action items of TASC?

The main action items of TASC are to:

  • Learn from campus partners about needs and context related to accommodated testing
  • Identify, create, and share resources to support implementation of testing accommodations
  • Provide guidance to faculty and staff to confidently facilitate accommodated testing in alternative spaces using effective, informed strategies
